1on1 Training at the Studio
Low-impact Pilates-based strength and resistance training tailored to suit your needs and objectives. Personal training sessions allow for greater progression — a must for anyone requiring individual attention. One-on-one sessions with certified instructors are by appointment.

- Learn and apply the Pilates principles with effective use of various equipment and props
- Learn body awareness and postural alignment
- Build muscular strength and endurance, improve balance, flexibility and mobility

- Gain confidence in your ability to move and progress through different levels of fitness
- Personal training sessions can accommodate differently abled individuals from teens to senior adults
Semi-private group workouts such as Tandem, Trio, or Squad classes can be arranged. Inquire at the front desk for more info.
