1on1 Training at the Studio

Low-impact Pilates-based strength and resistance training tailored to suit your needs and objectives. Personal training sessions allow for greater progression and are a must for anyone requiring individual attention. One-on-one sessions with certified pilates instructors are by appointment.

    • Learn and apply the Pilates principles with effective use of various equipment and props
    • Learn body awareness and postural alignment
    • Build muscular strength and endurance, improve balance, flexibility and mobility

    • Gain confidence in your ability to move and progress through different levels of fitness
    • Personal training sessions can accommodate differently abled individuals from teens to seniors

Semi-private group workouts such as Tandem, Trio, or Squad classes can be arranged. Inquire at the front desk for more info.

Virtual Signature Sessions

A variety of intelligently designed workout programs to cater to your different interests and fitness goals like intense cardio, core and strength training exercises. All virtual sessions are conducted by our seasoned certified instructors in real time.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
    • 45 minutes per online session, via Zoom
    • Mat Pilates exercises are fused with yoga, athletic conditioning and interval training
    • Learn and apply basic Pilates principles and use of different fitness props for a more challenging workout
    • Build strength and endurance, improve balance, coordination, flexibility and mobility
    • Zoom link will be sent at least 1 hour before the session
    • All 1on1 and private group sessions are by appointment
