ESSENTIAL

The Essential Class is perfect for people ready to begin their fitness journey, as well as those who want to re-orient their Pilates practice in a safe, structured and supportive space. PRANA’s team of internationally-certified Pilates instructors will guide you with the foundation, skills and body awareness that will help you gain the strength, flexibility and coordination to move to the next level.

PRANA’s small and personalized classes will teach you:

Pilates principles of stability over mobility 

Full body movements to develop strength, flexibility, balance and coordination

A repertoire of essential exercises and its modifications

Personal reminders and cues to help you get the most out of your workout

SUSPENSION 

Multi-level

PRANA Movement Studio is one of the few boutique studios to incorporate suspension exercises and the stability principles of Pilates.
In suspension training, we will teach you core-intensive exercises that will strengthen the upper and lower body.
It’s a dynamic class with varying intensity for people in all fitness levels.

PRANA’s Suspension classes will teach you:

Exercises to strengthen your core, glutes, and legs while preventing lower back, hip and knee pain

Stability, mobility and endurance exercises for the shoulders and arms to prevent and alleviate shoulder and neck discomfort

How to integrate upper and lower body strength and endurance, as well as core stability, for pain-free movement patterns and restore functional fitness

JUMPBOARD 

Multi-level

PRANA has acquired attachments like the jumpboard as well as the cardio trampoline to the reformer, adding plyometric and cardiovascular exercises to our Pilates reformer classes. An increase in bone mass without the strain to the ankles and knees improves endurance on a cellular level. These are just some of the benefits of joining this class.

PRANA’s Jumpboard classes will teach you:

Proper techniques on optimal jumping and landing positions

Exercises that are focused on strengthening the glutes, quads and hip flexors

Moves that help you move your trunk, hips, knee, ankle and foot with control and precision

ESSENTIAL PLUS

Pilates-based exercises that utilize a variety of small props and reformer accessories for clients who want to take their workouts to the next level. PRANA Movement studio curated some of the most innovative props such as the Halo Trainer, Fitness Circle, Flex Bands, Toning Balls to make classes more fun and innovative.

Essential Plus classes will teach you:

Variations of the essential exercises to improve unilateral movement, weight transference and core stability

Exercises to improve agility, power and strength

Sample classes include:
