Who we are
PRANA Movement Studio is a homegrown fitness and wellness studio that offers full body Pilates workouts, suspension training, and post-rehab exercises. Our curated exercise programs are conducted by a team of dedicated, experienced, and certified movement instructors.
PRANA Movement Studio recognizes the different fitness goals of men and women across age groups and physical abilities. Thus, our low-impact, strengthening, and results-driven movement programs are designed to help you achieve them.
Our studio features a professional line of Pilates equipment and suspension slings, a guest lounge, toilet and shower area, and a juice bar.
WHAT WE DO

PILATES WORKOUT
Effective use of mat and equipment for general fitness, core strength, balance and flexibility.
Create customized Pilates program for:

SUSPENSION TRAINING
Slings work against your own body weight, for core strength, balance and general fitness.

POST-REHAB EXERCISE
A combination of tailor-made exercises with equipment to help in recovery, improve health and fitness conditions after a rehabilitation program.
