Who we are

PRANA Movement Studio is a homegrown fitness and wellness studio that offers machine-based Pilates and suspension training. Our low-impact strength and resistance training programs are designed for general fitness, active aging, pre- and postnatal workout, athletic conditioning and active recovery, and post-rehab.

All our programs are conducted by trained and certified fitness instructors to support the different needs and goals of men and women across age groups and physical abilities.

Our studio is equipped with a professional line of top-quality Pilates machines and suspension slings. Amenities include a receiving area, wash area, toilet and shower room with lockers.

PILATES WORKOUT

Effective use of Pilates equipment for general fitness, core strength, postural alignment, mobility and flexibility.

Dynamic group classes for intermediate to advanced levels, and customized personal training programs for specific needs, such as :

  • Strength and resistance training
  • Pre- and Postnatal
  • Active Aging
  • Athletic Conditioning

SUSPENSION TRAINING

Suspension slings work against your own body weight to build strength and endurance, core stability, balance and general fitness. It can also enhance sports performance and rehab. Open to all fitness levels.

POST-REHAB PROGRAM

Tailor-made Pilates exercises to aid in recovery, mobility, improve overall health and fitness conditions after an injury or a rehabilitation program. Pilates also complements physiotheraphy.
