Who we are

PRANA Movement Studio is a homegrown fitness and wellness studio that offers full body Pilates workouts, suspension training, and post-rehab exercises. Our curated exercise programs are conducted by a team of dedicated, experienced, and certified fitness instructors.

PRANA Movement Studio recognizes the different fitness goals of men and women across age groups and physical abilities. Thus, our low-impact, strengthening, and results-driven movement programs are designed to help you achieve them.

Our studio features a professional line of Pilates equipment and suspension slings. Amenities include a receiving area, toilet and shower room with lockers, and a juice bar.

WHAT WE DO

PILATES WORKOUT

Effective use of mat and Pilates equipment for general fitness, core strength, postural alignment, mobility and flexibility.

Dynamic group classes or customized personal training for specific needs, such as :

  • Pre- and Post-natal 
  • Active aging
  • Athletic Conditioning

SUSPENSION TRAINING

Suspension slings work against your own body weight to build strength and endurance, core stability, balance and general fitness.

POST-REHAB EXERCISE

Tailor-made exercises using Pilates equipment to help in recovery, mobility, improve overall health and fitness conditions after a rehabilitation program.
