1on1 Training at the Studio

Low-impact Pilates-based strength and resistance training tailored to suit your needs and objectives. Personal training sessions allow for greater progression — a must for anyone requiring individual attention. One-on-one sessions with certified instructors are by appointment.

    • Learn and apply the Pilates principles with effective use of various equipment and props
    • Learn body awareness and postural alignment
    • Build muscular strength and endurance, improve balance, flexibility and mobility

    • Gain confidence in your ability to move and progress through different levels of fitness
    • Personal training sessions can accommodate differently abled individuals from teens to senior adults

Semi-private group workouts such as Tandem, Trio, or Squad classes can be arranged. Inquire at the front desk for more info.
